- Lead consultant meets with administration to survey areas of concern and solidify goals

- Team of consultants reviews organized data and creates a proposed list of key areas of success and areas improvement

- Team of consultants using 1-2 design thinking sessions to create an implementation plan
- Plan is presented to client and modified based on needs
- Regular lectures and ECHO are scheduled
